  • Integration within video games across any platform to enhance the gaming experience.
  • Utilization in any multimedia presentation where the tracks are seamlessly integrated, excluding scenarios focused on reselling the music tracks.

Prohibited Use Cases:

Please refrain from using these music tracks (unaltered or modified) in the following manners:

  • Selling as standalone media, whether individually or in collections.
  • Distribution as individual tracks or inclusion in music albums on revenue-generating platforms such as Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, SoundCloud, YouTube, and similar services.
  • Distributing in any such way that causes false copyright claims for other license holders.

 

Additional Term: Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Systems

We do not utilize artificial intelligence (AI) to compose our music. Therefore, we explicitly forbid the use of our music for training AI systems or algorithms. Any attempt to use our music for AI training purposes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the account of any user found to be in violation of this term. Furthermore, we will pursue legal action and prosecute individuals or entities found to be in breach of this term.


Ownership and Copyright:

All music included in our collection is owned and copyrighted by INeedMusic.Co. INeedMusic.Co disclaims responsibility for any content created by the licensee using the music, and usage of the music does not imply endorsement of the licensee. This license is non-transferrable and non-resalable.
